Every morning, a man kept a large bottle of water beside his desk. It went everywhere with him. He drank before breakfast, during work, after meals and even when he was not particularly thirsty. The advice had always sounded simple enough. More water meant better health. One afternoon, after spending several hours drinking almost continuously, he began feeling strangely unwell.
