Batter

This is a simple term common to cake baking.
Batter simply means the end result gotten when cake ingredients have been mixed together.
It is usually semiliquid in nature.
Batter is the cake mix ready to be baked.
It is made up of flour, liquid, sugar, butter and other ingredients used for making baked products which may be whisked or mixed.


How to make batter from scratch

 1.  In a bowl mix flour, sugar and baking powder
 2. Pour in milk, fat, egg and water and mix well depending on the recipe of what you want to bake or fry.
 3.  Pour into a cake pan if it's cake.
 4. Or scoop with spoon and fry if it's pancake.
